Made in Japan. The Nebuta speckled glass chime is entirely hand crafted. Each piece uses special glass blowing techniques to create a speckled pattern of colored dots.  The speckled pattern comes from adding colored glass while the bowl is being blown and molded. This method creates individual, one of a kind, pieces.
