Part time sales associates

You:

1-2 years of retail experience
Available to work 3-4 days a week, including weekends and holidays
Reliable and adheres to scheduled hours
Comfortable standing for 7-8 hours a day
Strong customer service skills; enjoys creating a welcoming shopping experience
Passionate about aesthetics, with a love for curated home items and fashion goods
Enjoys merchandising and display
Works well in a small team environment and is willing to help with various tasks
Excellent communication skills
Follows instructions well, while maintaining a good attitude
Enthusiastic salesperson who offers suggestions and guidance while maintaining authenticity
Thrives in a busy environment and handles occasional chaos well
Strong multitasker with extreme attention to detail
Enjoys both independent work and collaboration
Must be available through Summer , Fall and Winter holidays
Punctual

Job responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, explaining product details
Accurately process payments and exchanges using the Shop POS system
Handle packing of purchased items with care
Perform daily opening and closing routines, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, garbage disposal, and inventory management
Unbox, count, and prepare new inventory
Accurately prepare and pack all online orders
Keep track of shop inventory
Promptly and thoroughly restock shelves throughout the day
Assist with gift wrapping and answer phones
Respond to customer inquiries in the absence of a manager
Ensure the shop remains clean and stocked throughout the day
