Shipping & Return

Shipping
All items on November 19 shop are shipped from the United States. Currently we only ship to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and United Kingdom. Once the order is placed, it may take 1-2 business days for it to be processed. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

**While we try our best to ensure all orders are shipped out in time and provide you with tracking info when applicable, once an order is shipped , we would not be responsible for package delays, damages or lost in transit.

**For orders being shipped outside of the United States, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. We are not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties.

**All clothing and vintage items are final sale, please review measurements and email us if you have additional questions before purchasing the item. 


Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, please contact us via email at info@november-19.com . We are happy to issue an exchange or store credit for any unused item that is returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase.

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) is the customer’s responsibility.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are return shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect in your account. If that account is still not reflecting the refund, after allowing for processing time, pls contact us at info@november-19.com.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
