The Kansai style copper egg roll pan is made in Niigata, Japan. The copper material is ideal for making soft fluffy egg roll (Japanese omelet) because copper conducts heat fast and evenly. The rectangular shape makes rolling the egg omelet more easily.
Do not use very strong heat while cooking.
Do not store food in the pan.
After use, please wipe the pan with a paper towel. Washing with water is not necessary.
Do not wash the pan with dish soap or metal brush.
If the pan is burnt, please wash the pan with water and wipe with dry cloth. Remaining water may cause rusting.
If there is rust, please remove with copper polish or with salt and vinegar.
